1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the 44ck platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 44ck and each person ("Member" or "you") who uses its services. By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any gaming service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on 44ck, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must register voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

3.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false or incomplete information is provided, 44ck reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. After registration is complete, you may be required to participate in the identity verification (KYC) process.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, you must notify our support team immediately. 44ck will not be held liable if your login details are shared with any third party.

4.2 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain limit, 44ck may request specific documents for identity verification. These may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

4.3 Account Closure

Any Member may request to close their account at any time. Upon receipt of the request, any existing balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms. 44ck also reserves the right to close any account at its own discretion.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds can be deposited on 44ck using the following payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the total value of the bonus received must be used as bets a minimum of 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• A bonus can only be used once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Separate terms apply for the VIP program and weekly cashback bonuses.
• 44ck reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The 44ck VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

VIP tier is determined based on your overall activity and contribution to the platform. To advance to a higher tier, you must remain consistently active and comply with the platform's rules.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Conditions for Placing a Bet

Once a bet is successfully accepted, it is considered final and generally cannot be cancelled. The bet amount will remain blocked until the outcome is determined.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

44ck reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended.
• If applicable rules are violated.

7.3 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game or event, 44ck's system logs and the records of the relevant game provider will be treated as final evidence.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44ck platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Using unusual betting methods with the intent to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using harmful software or bots on the platform.
• Attempting to artificially influence outcomes in collusion with others.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
